MEMBERSHIP TIME FOR THE CAN-KAN FRIENDS OF THE LIBRARY
CanKan Friends of the Library (FOL) is inviting area citizens of all ages to become active in supporting the Caney City Library. The FOL takes serious their support of an institution dedicated to expanding knowledge and enjoyment of extracurricular activities.
Currently the only event that the FOL sponsors is the Lil’ Miss and Mr Christmas contest each year to raise funds for purchased needs of the library. Some dues are requested for membership for administration purposes. As a supporter of the FOL you can be helpful with decision making and choices in the direction of new ideas to keep the FOL functioning as an auxiliary of the City Library.
