A Year of Growth, Service & Resilience
Despite significant challenges in 2025, including operating four months short‑staffed due to an employee injury, the Caney City Library continued to thrive. Our small but dedicated team maintained full services, expanded programming, and strengthened community partnerships.

Community Engagement & Programs
The library delivered a wide range of programs for all ages, including:

- Holiday Events: Trick or Treat the Library at Halloween, Christmas Movies, Easter Egg Hunt
- Senior Wednesdays: crafts, bingo, volunteer projects, Caney history

Stay & Play (Early Childhood Programs)
Monthly partnerships with local organizations bring social and educational programming to children 5 and under and their caregivers.
